Here’s how Loop works:

Open the app and check for available scooters including battery status, location and scooter number

Reserve a scooter for up to 15 mins

You will get a one-time PIN code for unlocking the scooter

Once you get to the scooter, just tap your PIN code on the scooter’s dashboard

The scooter is now on, you are ready to start, but don’t forget to wear the helmet

When at your destination, simply park the scooter and log-off.

The app also enables you to:

View your rental history including the distance and cost of each trip

Never been on a scooter before? No problem! Our team will be happy to walk you through an orientation session where you can learn everything about our scooters and start riding like a champion.
